We approach a full and direct involvement in each real estate project, no matter the existing stage. Keeping realistic proportions, we’d like to believe that each project represent our own business. This way, we successfully manage to concentrate our decisional and coordination abilities and every problem we meet becomes immediately a high priority we must solve as soon as possible.

For the guaranteed success of every project, we are able to see 3 essential marks:

  1. The real estate concept. We consider that each project must be clearly designed since its beginnings, by underlining the essential requirements and the specific priorities. Thus, managing the partnership with specialized partners ( designers, constructors, future clients ) becomes an easier and constructive way.

  2. Doubtless financing.  The most important mark is the availability of the financial resources. Some uncertain financial aspects will create both problems with the designers and construction companies and also with the major risk of canceling the whole project ( terms outrun, lack of credibility with the future clients and finally losing them ).

  3. The partnership with the owner / investor.  A good partnership with the owner / investor is essential for keeping the right schedule and for dissipating all the unsure, unclear aspects. This approach is available also for the design and construction phase but also for the time when the building is used for its proper designation ( when we talk about the building management ).

Both sides must share the same vision for the investment. Every completion, every adaptation or solution for the existing problems must be analyzed and clarified in the spirit of this partnership. That is why we put all our interest and availability in a successful communication with the real estate project’s owner / investor.
